Kamil Bułakowski

Kamil Bułakowski, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Competition/Antitrust practice.

Experience and education:

Kamil specialises in Polish and EU competition and consumer protection law. His experience includes advising on cooperation between entities, practices involving the abuse of a dominant position, merger control issues, consumer protection, unfair competition, unfair exploitation of a contractual advantage as well as in connection with matters relating to the act on the control of certain investments, mainly with respect to clients in the e-commerce, food and FMCG sectors.

He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where he completed his Magister degree in law and administration in 2016 and his Bachelor’s degree in Italian Studies in 2017. In 2016, he also completed an Italian Law School course organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Università degli Studi di Catania.
