Kamila Banaś is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in corporate law, she has worked on M&A and refinancing transactions, with a particular focus on legal due diligence investigations of various companies.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2021. During her studies, Kamila was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for students with outstanding achievements on three separate occasions.
