Karol Wojtkowski is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the real estate team.
A specialist in corporate and civil law, with a particular focus on real estate law, Karol has advised on real estate acquisitions, prepared lease agreements and performed due diligence investigations concerning real properties. He has also assisted on M&A deals and private equity transactions, including sales of shares in real estate companies.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2023. During his studies he received the Rector’s Scholarship for students with outstanding achievements four times. In 2022, he graduated from the American Law School organised by the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. While attending university he was involved in various student organisations and participated in numerous competitions in the fields of tax and corporate law.
