Karolina Chabel-Williams

Karolina Chabel-Williams is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

She specialises in family and inheritance law, with a particular focus on business succession. She advises family businesses on succession planning and asset protection, and supports clients with the establishment of family foundations. She deals with proceedings concerning wills, divisions of inheritance, and conservatorships, including from an international perspective.

In the area of family law, she deals with divorce, alimony, parental authority and child contact cases, as well as with cases having a cross-border element. She also handles cases in the field of intellectual property law. She has gained professional experience representing individual and corporate clients in cases before common and administrative courts.

She has authored numerous legal articles that have been published in both Polish trade media and international journals.

She has completed postgraduate studies in medical law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and in intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University.
