Kinga Duda is an advocate, an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Litigation/Arbitration team.
She specialises in arbitration and litigation in the field of civil law and arising from the implementation of technology projects. She also supports clients in negotiating and drafting technology contracts, as well as in providing pre-litigation advice and legal support in the management of technology contracts during their implementation and termination stages.
She has participated in dozens of IT disputes, both in terms of pre-litigation advice, conciliation proceedings, arbitration and litigation, including before the Supreme Court. Kinga has also participated in negotiating settlements between private entities and in relation to several implementation contracts.
She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. (LL.M.). During her studies, she successfully participated in numerous international arbitration competitions and currently supports students as a coach. Kinga has been gaining experience in Polish and international law firms and has also completed an internship at one of the leading law firms in the field of international arbitration in London.
