Klaudia Rak is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
She specialises in advising clients in connection with civil and commercial litigation, as well as providing legal advisory services to business entities. Her experience includes commercial, restructuring and insolvency proceedings, with a particular focus on cases involving financial institutions. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she gained professional experience at the Warsaw Court of Appeal, as well as at another law firm and a bailiff’s office.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw
