Dr Łukasz Dynysiuk is an advocate and partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
He specialises in advising on tax matters, including in respect of corporate tax, tax structuring and tax planning. In addition, he advises on the corporate and tax aspects of M&A transactions and company restructuring processes, as well as on tax issues related to the location of foreign investments in Poland and the CEE region. He has extensive experience in providing advisory services to the financial, gas and oil sectors.
He graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with degrees in law as well as management and marketing, and obtained a PhD in law from Kozminski University.
He is recommended in the Legal 500 EMEA international ranking in the fields of Tax law and investment funds.
