Maciej Kostrzewski is a tax advisor and a senior associate in the tax department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Maciej has thirteen years of experience in providing tax advisory services covering issues associated with corporate income tax, civil law activities tax, value added tax and the penal fiscal code. A specialist in the taxation of financial instruments, other insurance and banking products, and leasing transactions, he provides tax advisory services to insurance companies, banks, leasing companies and other companies active on the financial market. He has worked on the implementation of numerous bank products designed for corporates and individuals. He has participated in numerous tax audits of insurance companies, banks, leasing firms and other financial institutions as well as in “due diligence” tax reviews of companies active on the financial market. Maciej has significant experience in projects aimed at the mitigation of the penal fiscal liability of members of the management authorities of companies. Prior to joining the law firm, he worked as a senior manager in the financial institutions department in one of the Big4 accounting firms.
He graduated from the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw in 2006.
