Magdalena Borowiec is an attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department, and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
Magdalena specialises in advising in connection with court proceedings involving civil law and civil procedure. She has many years of litigation experience, particularly in matters involving the banking and financial sectors. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she worked for other Polish and international law firms and the European Parliament.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2024.
