Magdalena Kos is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
She specialises in corporate law, M&A transactions and capital markets law. She has advised on M&A transactions, and has participated in due diligence processes and the preparation of transaction documentation. Her experience also includes providing legal advisory services on capital markets transactions, corporate reorganisation processes, and corporate governance.
In 2026, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. During her studies there, she also completed a course in British law at the British Law Centre and spent a semester at the NOVA School of Law in Lisbon as part of the Erasmus+ programme. In 2023, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, where she is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
