Magdalena Mentrak is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in civil and corporate law, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, which has included drafting transaction documentation, and in connection with legal due diligence investigations. She advises on M&A and private equity transactions at all stages of such transactions, including in connection with the negotiation of confidentiality agreements, term sheets, share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements, as well as other transaction documentation. She has also participated in a number of due diligence investigations. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked in the corporate and M&A departments of a well-recognised international law firm.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2020 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2024.
