Małgorzata Deruś is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in civil and corporate law, she focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, as well as corporate reorganisations. She has been involved in providing legal assistance to domestic and foreign entities, including participants in the renewable energy market, with respect to mergers and asset acquisitions.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2015 and completed a student exchange programme at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2020.
