Marek Sikorski is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate and a member of the Tax practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in tax law, he has over seven years of experience in providing tax advisory services, which experience includes advising on, inter alia, corporate income tax, value added tax and civil law transactions tax. His practice is focused on the taxation of insurance, banking and leasing products, and providing tax advice to insurance companies, banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions. He has participated in numerous tax audits and due diligence tax reviews of companies active on the market. Marek has significant experience in providing tax advisory services related to international tax law issues, transactions on the real estate market as well as the Mandatory Disclosure Regulations (DAC6).
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2012. He qualified as an advocate in 2016.
