Maria Batyra is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the restructuring and bankruptcy practice.
Experience and education:
She specialises in litigation matters, with a particular focus on proceedings involving financial institutions, mainly banks in cases concerning loans indexed to/denominated in foreign currencies. She also has experience in providing comprehensive legal services to companies with a particular focus on corporate issues, as well as civil and labour matters.
In 2009, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, from which she obtained a magister degree. In 2013, she was entered in the list of legal advisors. In 2016, she completed a postgraduate course in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions hosted by the Warsaw School of Economics.
