
Marta Ignatowicz is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.
Experience and education:
Marta specialises in pharmaceutical law, product compliance and EU regulatory law. She advises pharmaceutical, cosmetics and consumer goods companies on regulatory and compliance matters, including the advertising of medicinal products, pharmacies and dietary supplements, wholesale distribution of medicinal products, environmental claims and greenwashing, as well as national cybersecurity requirements (NIS2/KSC).
Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she worked in the regulatory practice at an international law firm, where she advised clients on EU and Polish product and environmental compliance regimes, including the GPSR, CLP, REACH, PPWR and extended producer responsibility requirements.
She graduated from the University of Bristol (LLB, Law and Spanish) and holds a degree in Law and Technology in Europe from Utrecht University.
She is a co-author of a case commentary on the judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU in case C-200/24, Commission vs. Poland, published in Europejski Przegląd Sądowy (2026).
