Marta Marzysz is a trainee attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department at Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice.
Experience and education:
Marta specialises in corporate advisory services and provides legal support in M&A transactions. She has experience in advising on domestic and cross‑border M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as transactions involving energy law and infrastructure investments. She has advised sellers and investors on projects in the energy, industrial and new technologies sectors, carried out in both asset deal and share deal structures. She has also supported contractors, sponsors and lenders in infrastructure projects.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2023 and completed part of her studies under the Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Groningen (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen).
