Mateusz Grzyb

Mateusz Grzyb is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

Experience and education:

He has several years of experience in advising on litigation matters and providing advisory services to leading entities, particularly in the insurance and banking sector and in the property development industry, in connection with civil and administrative law issues. He gained his experience by cooperating with Warsaw law firms. He has developed litigation strategies and conducted civil disputes in precedent-setting cases. He specialises in issues of civil liability relating to damages.

He obtained his Master of Law degree in 2010 at the University of Warsaw. In the course of his studies, he received a scholarship for academic performance three times. He completed his legal advisor’s training at the Warsaw Bar Association with a distinction, as one of eight persons awarded an advisor’s toga. He was entered on the list of legal advisors in 2014.
