Mateusz Sobociński is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.
He advises businesses operating in the food and pharmaceutical markets, including in respect of securing access to therapies and reimbursement, supporting clients at every stage of such processes. His practice also encompasses providing day-to-day legal support to entities in the Life Sciences sector, including in connection with proceedings before public administration authorities.
In the course of his career, he has also participated in court proceedings in the field of civil and commercial law, as well as regularly advised a leading company in the retail/e-commerce sector.
He holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Mateusz is currently completing his advocate training with the Warsaw Bar Association (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka).
