Michał Nawrocki

Michał Nawrocki is an advocate, a senior associate and a member of the Public Procurement practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

He specialises in public procurement law, new technologies law and infrastructure projects. He has experience in handling complex projects for contracting authorities and contractors in the IT, energy and infrastructure sectors. In 2019, he participated in the drafting of the amended Public Procurement Law. He is a co-author of innovative works in the area of public procurement law and new technologies prepared for public administration authorities.

At Rymarz Zdort Maruta, he advises contractors and contracting authorities, which includes advising, among others, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), PSE, PGE, ARiMR, EITE and Tauron Ciepło.

He completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law and modern technologies law at Kozminski University in Warsaw and postgraduate studies in investment and construction processes at Lazarski University.
