Natalia Andrzejczak is an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
Natalia specialises in civil and commercial disputes, as well as criminal law matters. She advises clients from various sectors, including banking, financial services, real estate and energy.
She has advised in connection with numerous civil, commercial and regulatory disputes. Her experience in this area includes post-M&A disputes, corporate disputes, disputes concerning the liability of members of the governing bodies of commercial companies, and disputes regarding earn-out clauses. She has represented clients before public courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, including before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Her experience also includes advising on criminal cases, in which she has represented both the injured parties and defended those suspected of, as well as already charged with wrongdoing. She has advised in connection with, among others, criminal proceedings concerning offences of acting to the detriment of a company, fraud and money laundering. She is also a member of the Polish chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defence Association (WWCDA).
She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2024 and completed a course in British and European law at the Centre for English and European Law organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2024. She is currently a member of the Warsaw Bar Association as an advocate trainee.
