Przemyslaw Piasecki is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales, and a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
He has advised international and Polish financial institutions, alternative lenders, funds, sponsors and corporates on various types of financings and refinancings. He has extensive experience in project finance, acquisition finance and leveraged finance.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the banking and finance departments of leading international law firms in Warsaw and London, and was seconded to the legal departments of international investment banks in London and Paris.
He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2016, and in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in 2021 (specialisation: banking, corporate finance and investment banking). He is admitted to the bar (adwokat, Poland) and enrolled on the roll of solicitors (England and Wales).
