Rafał Ćwikliński

Rafał Ćwikliński is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Real Estate practice.

Experience and education:

Rafał is a specialist in real estate law and has participated in a number of real estate acquisitions and disposals, on both the sell and buy sides in transactions structured as share and asset deals involving office space, warehouses, retail parks and other investment properties. He has also provided legal advisory services in respect of warehouse, office and hotel lease agreements for lessors and tenants.

Rafał has also been involved in projects relating to joint ventures and development management agreements. He has performed many due diligence reviews involving real estate and investment processes.

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University in 2017. During his studies, he received a rector’s scholarship which is awarded to the best students. As part of his scholarship, he spent a half a year at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb. He qualified as an advocate in 2022.
