Sebastian Chłopik

Sebastian Chłopik is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

Experience and education:

Sebastian specialises in handling court proceedings, including commercial, and complex and multi-faceted restructuring and insolvency proceedings, especially remedial proceedings. He also provides ongoing litigation support to large entities in connection with court disputes and liquidation proceedings.

Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, he gained experience working at a reputable law firm that is recommended in international legal rankings and at the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in 2022, where he successfully defended his thesis on bankruptcy proceedings involving banks. During his studies he received the rector’s scholarship for outstanding students four times. He also completed postgraduate studies in Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law at Lazarski University in 2023.
