Experience and education:
He specialises in public procurement law, new technologies law and competition law. He has many years of experience in advising private and public entities, including, in particular, companies from the IT, energy, infrastructure and financial sectors.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the International Business Faculty of the Kraków University of Economics. He received a scholarship from Trinity College Dublin.
