Tomasz Karkowski is an advocate, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Real Estate team.
Experience and education:
A specialist in real estate law, he has worked on real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as been involved in advising clients in the course of M&A deals and private equity transactions, including in connection with share deals involving real estate holding companies and legal due diligence investigations. He has also assisted with drafting investment and development agreements as well as agreements on the management and operation of real estate assets.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2017 and completed a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies organised in cooperation with the Georgia State University College of Law, Emory University School of Law and the University of Warsaw.
