Weronika Iskierska is an advocate and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice.
Experience and education:
A specialist in corporate and energy law, she has been involved in providing energy-related regulatory advice, in particular for the purposes of M&A transactions in the energy sector, including the renewable energy sector. She has participated in a number of legal due diligence investigations of various entities, particularly in the energy sector. In addition, she has been involved in advising contractors and contracting authorities on public procurement law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2022.
