Weronika Zagórska

Weronika Zagórska is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice.

Experience and education:

She specialises in advising on restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings involving large entities with complex legal situations, including proceedings against entities subject to European sanctions and contentious commercial proceedings. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she gained experience in reputable law firms, including law firms recommended in international legal rankings.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2024. During her studies, she was twice a recipient of the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students and also completed a mediation course. While at university, she actively participated in the operation of the student law clinic. As part of her volunteer work at the clinic, she charitably provided legal advice to indigent people and also acted as the coordinator of one of its branches.
