Wioletta Janek-Kręt is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice at Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
She graduated as a dual major from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University in Warsaw. During her studies she also served as the president of the Student Judicial Law Research Association. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she gained experience working at a reputable law firm that is recommended in international legal rankings and in the economic department of the District Court in Warsaw.
Wioletta specialises in handling court proceedings, including economic, restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Her experience includes multi-million-dollar economic proceedings, conducting complex and multi-faceted cross-border corporate group restructurings, and representing public companies, investment funds, public entities and state-owned companies. She has provided legal advisory services as well as negotiation and litigation representation to entities in, among others, the banking, finance, brokerage, aviation, FMCG and public sectors.
