
Zuzanna Makowiecka is a trainee advocate and an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
She is a specialist in litigation proceedings in the fields of civil law, business law, and restructuring and insolvency law. Her experience also includes representing business entities in administrative proceedings concerning trademark registration, including before the European Union Intellectual Property Office. In her career, she has also participated in a number of legal due diligence investigations. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she gained experience in several Polish law firms.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. During her legal studies, she volunteered her time at the university law clinic, where she provided pro bono legal advisory services in connection with civil law matters. The Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration recognised her for efforts at the Law Clinic by presenting her with an award. She also studied at Università degli Studi di Palermo as an exchange student.
