Michał Zawadzki

Michał Zawadzki is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice.

Experience and education: 

Michał specialises in issues related to business, corporate and civil law. His practice includes, among other things, providing day-to-day legal advice to companies, drafting and negotiating contracts necessary to companies’ operations, and pursuing claims for breaches of commercial agreements, construction contracts, and corporate disputes, including those related to the liability of members of companies’ managing bodies.

His career experience includes working for an international law firm, where he participated in large and often pioneering projects for leading multinational corporations and domestic businesses and institutions. His experience also includes providing legal advice on corporate income taxation (including withholding tax and transfer pricing issues) to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect, gained while working for one of the Big 4.

He obtained his magister degree in law in 2017 from the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, the University of Białystok.
