Michał Zawadzki

Michał Zawadzki is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

Experience and education: 

Michał specialises in issues related to business, corporate and civil law. In his professional experience to date, he has provided a full range of legal services to businesses that includes, inter alia, ongoing legal advice, assistance with the enforcement of claims for breaches of commercial agreements and construction contracts, as well as support in disputes related to the liability of members of governing bodies of companies.

His career experience includes working for an international law firm, where he participated in large and often pioneering projects for leading multinational corporations and domestic businesses and institutions. His experience also includes providing legal advice on corporate income taxation (including withholding tax and transfer pricing issues) to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect, which experience he gained while working for one of the Big 4 companies.

He obtained his law degree in 2017 from the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok.
