Łukasz Lech is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources team.
Experience and education:
He specialises in providing legal advice on M&A transactions, regulatory issues and project contracts in the renewable energy sector, along with related environmental aspects. He has worked on a number of domestic and international M&A transactions and project financing deals for energy and infrastructure assets, including a number of offshore wind and onshore renewable energy investment projects.
His wider experience covers renewable energy sector-specific commercial contracts. Between November 2017 and November 2018 Łukasz was the interim head of legal practice in Poland at one of the global leaders in the renewable energy sector and the world’s fourth-largest wind energy producer.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw in 2010 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge in 2009. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2014.
