Lawyer in the Energy & Natural Resources Practice

We are looking for a person to join our Energy & Natural Resources practice who can provide comprehensive legal services to the firm's international and Polish clients from the energy sector, in particular in connection with the preparation, negotiation and review of agreements related to M&A processes concerning energy assets and other agreements in the field of energy, as well as advise on construction projects, issues related to energy trading and regulatory issues.

Requirements:

  • a university degree in law or the status of a trainee attorney-at-law/advocate;

  • at least two years of experience in the areas specified in the job description;

  • a willingness to develop and an interest in the above-mentioned areas of law and in providing legal services in connection with complex transactions in the energy sector;

  • a fluent, practical command of spoken and written English, with a special focus on legal terminology;

  • very good communication skills, and a keen ability to think analytically and logically;

  • very good organisational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, an ability to meet deadlines and a heightened sense of accountability;

  • teamworking skills, an ability to work under pressure and a high degree of availability; and

  • strong interpersonal skills.
