Senior Associate in the Employment Practice

We are looking for a person to join our team to provide comprehensive legal services related to advising in the area of labour law and social security matters, in particular: day-to-day support for our clients regarding employment matters, preparation of internal employment regulations and documents related to employment relationships, drafting legal opinions, representing clients in court proceedings, developing bonus systems and incentive programmes, contributing to due diligence processes, and participating in negotiations and meetings with clients. Interest in employee taxation aspects would also be an asset.

Requirements:

• the professional title of attorney-at-law or advocate;

• at least five years of work experience in providing legal services to business entities in connection with labour law and social security matters;
• a fluent, practical command of spoken and written English, with a special focus on legal terminology;
• very good communication skills, and a keen ability to think analytically and logically;
• very good organisational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, an ability to meet deadlines and a heightened sense of accountability;
• teamworking skills, an ability to work under pressure and a high degree of availability; and
• strong interpersonal skills.
