Łukasz Dynysiuk has joined Rymarz Zdort Maruta as a partner

We are pleased to announce that Łukasz Dynysiuk joined Rymarz Zdort Maruta at the beginning of December 2024. Although Łukasz’s main specialisation is tax, he joined the corporate department, bringing with him a network of contacts in the areas of transactional, corporate and tax structuring.

Łukasz has over 15 years of experience in commercial and tax law. Previously, he was a partner in the Warsaw tax law practice of DLA Piper, and a partner in the tax team of the corporate, and M&A practices of CMS Poland.

His areas of focus in tax law include corporate tax, tax structuring and tax planning. He advises on corporate and tax aspects of M&A transactions and company restructuring processes, and has advised on tax issues related to the location of foreign investments in Poland and the CEE region. He has extensive experience in providing advisory services to the financial, gas and oil sectors.
