We have a dedicated consulting department focused on analysing and negotiating cloud agreements, developing risk management policies and principles for such agreements, including business continuity plans (BCP/DRP), and supporting clients in developing policies for the use of cloud resources.
We handle strategic projects (e.g. the implementation of the G-cloud system in Poland) and precedent-setting projects (Poland’s first cloud contracts in the financial sector, including communication with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, cloud machine analyses, private cloud analyses), as well as support our clients with customised contracts (both in the public cloud model and dedicated solutions).
Our services include supporting clients in the acquisition of cloud solutions under a variety of models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), negotiating cloud agreements and analysing the risks associated with the deployment of a given solution. In addition to contracts, we develop internal regulations related to the adoption of cloud solutions (in particular in supervised sectors) and provide support in migrations to cloud solutions.
