At this year’s Mergermarket European Awards Ceremony held on 6 December 2022 in London, Rymarz Zdort was named the “CEE Legal Adviser of the year”.
Mergermarket, an independent mergers and acquisitions intelligence and data service, honours the work of leading law firms and financial advisers across Europe every year. The selection is based on a comprehensive analysis of transaction data from Mergermarket’s M&A deals database with consideration of key criteria such as complexity, structure as well as the groundbreaking and strategic nature of the deals.
