Adam Ekk-Cierniakowski

Adam Ekk-Cierniakowski is a lawyer, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences team.

Experience and education:

He specialises in providing ongoing advice to entities in the Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceutical companies. Within the scope of his legal consulting, Adam focuses in particular on issues related to the reimbursement of medicinal products (he provides assistance in connection with, inter alia, preparing market access strategies, submitting reimbursement applications, negotiations and the implementation of therapies) and conducting marketing activities.

He has appeared as a speaker at training courses and workshops related to the Polish system of financing guaranteed medical services. For several years, he also lectured on issues related to the reimbursement of medicinal products as part of a postgraduate programme concerning management in the pharmaceutical sector.

In addition to providing advice on broadly understood pharmaceutical law, he also provides advice related to legislative processes for various industries. In this scope, he specialises in monitoring legal changes and assessing their impact on business, preparing positions for drafts of new regulations and representing the interests of specific entitles.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin in 2017.
