Agata Cichocka, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.
Experience and education:
She advises entities operating in the food and pharmaceutical market, in particular in connection with ensuring access to therapies and reimbursement and supporting clients at all stages of proceedings.
In the area of food law, she has advised clients in proceedings before sanitary inspection authorities and administrative courts, including proceedings relating to the marketing of dietary supplements and their advertising.
She has also provided legal support to pharmacies and participated in projects related to the acquisition of companies/enterprises, including conducting due diligence reviews.
Agata has additionally gained experience in the provision of day-to-day legal advice and contracts based on general contract law in an international pharmaceutical company.
She graduated with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.
