Aleksandra Modzelewska is an advocate, a senior associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Video Games & Entertainment and IT Contracts practices.
A specialist in IT contracts, intellectual property law, industrial property law, e-commerce and crypto-assets regulations, she has advised on more than one hundred IT transactions involving Poland’s largest entities, which advice has concerned IT implementations, maintenance and development contracts performed using waterfall or agile methodologies, and various other IT-related matters. She has also provided ongoing advice to TMT, GameDev and Web3 industry entities.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2017 and completed a postgraduate studies in the field of “New Technologies Law” of the Kozminski University in 2019. She qualified as an advocate in 2021.
