Aleksandra Pietrzak is an attorney-at-law and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
She specialises in corporate law, commercial law and the provision of a broad spectrum of legal services to entrepreneurs. She daily advises clients on matters related to corporate services for companies, including public companies. Her experience includes reorganisations and liquidations of companies, the creation of new organisational and legal structures, as well as advising on changes to capital group structures.
She advises companies on the fulfilment of their obligations under the Accounting Act. She also participates in meetings of the shareholders, and management board and supervisory board meetings, and advises on matters related to share sales, including due diligence reviews connected therewith.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2019 and completed a course in Spanish and European law organised by the Spanish and European Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in 2017. She completed student exchange programmes at Pablo de Olavide University in Seville and the University of Valencia in Spain.
