Alicja Mikos is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the mergers and acquisitions and private equity teams.
A specialist in corporate and civil law, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, including M&A deals involving public companies, legal due diligence investigations of various companies as well as corporate governance matters.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2023.
