Barnaba Rud-Chlipalski

Barnaba Rud-Chlipalski is an advocate, a senior associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Video Games & Entertainment team.

Experience and education: 

He specialises in intellectual property law cases and civil and commercial litigation with a particular focus on the gamedev industry. He has been involved in numerous complex cross-border litigation, regulatory and arbitration proceedings. He has also advised on cyber security, patents and the collective management of copyrights. Barnaba has also been involved in due diligence investigations in the field of intellectual property protection. His professional activities currently include providing comprehensive support to entities operating in the gamedev industry.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge, as well as participated in research trips to the People’s Republic of China. He gained professional experience working in the London-headquartered multinational law firms referred to as the magic circle.
