Barnaba Rud-Chlipalski is a trainee advocate, an associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Video Games & Entertainment team.
Experience and education:
He specialises in intellectual property law cases and civil and commercial litigation with a particular focus on the gamedev industry. He has been involved in numerous complex cross-border litigation, regulatory and arbitration proceedings. He has also advised on cyber security, patents and the collective management of copyrights. Barnaba has also been involved in due diligence investigations in the field of intellectual property protection. His professional activities currently include providing comprehensive support to the gamedev industry.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Law Centre for English Law at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge, and participated in research trips to the People’s Republic of China. He gained his professional experience working in international so-called magic circle law firms.
