Daniel Sieradzki is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
He specialises in advising in connection with court proceedings, including proceedings in the field of commercial and civil law, as well as providing services to business entities. His experience includes commercial, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including complex proceedings involving entities. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, he gained experience in the areas of commercial company law, civil proceedings and consumer services.
In 2024, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University in Warsaw, during which he also contributed to the activities of the student law clinic and was awarded a Rector’s Scholarship.
