Dr Weronika Papucewicz

Dr Weronika Papucewicz, is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, and a counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

She is an expert in labour law, specialising in individual and collective employment relations, personal data protection and labour law litigation. She has cooperated with entities from the BPO and SSC sector and is also experienced in working for State-owned enterprises, among others, in employment restructuring processes and relations with trade unions. Weronika conducts training courses in employment law, in particular for multinational employers, and is an author of many publications in this area of law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2012 and completed a course in American law at the Center for American Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She qualified as an advocate in 2017. Weronika completed her doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she defended her doctorate in legal sciences in 2019. Weronika also completed postgraduate studies in human capital management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
