Eryk Ryciak is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in corporate law, he has been involved in advising clients and providing comprehensive legal services in the area of M&A transactions, including M&A deals involving private companies, reorganisations and legal due diligence investigations of various companies.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2022. During his studies, Eryk was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for students with outstanding achievements on two separate occasions. He completed a course in English law organised by the British Law Center at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge and a course in American Law organised by the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Emory University and Georgia State University. Eryk participated in student exchange programmes at the University of Manchester and Tel Aviv University.
