Filip Książczak is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in banking and finance law, he has worked on finance transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and complex refinancing. His experience also includes advising clients on regulatory issues in the financial sector.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2022 and completed a course in English law and practical legal skills organised by the British Law Centre at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2020. He also studied at the University of Barcelona as a participant of the Erasmus programme. He was actively involved in student organisations, in particular as the chairman of the Student Banking Law Association at the University of Warsaw.
