Hanna Bachowska is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.
She has experience in the area of food law with a particular focus on the marketing and advertising of dietary supplements. She has advised clients in proceedings before Polish sanitary inspection authorities and before administrative courts.
Hanna also supports clients in reimbursement proceedings concerning medicinal products and medical devices, and in connection with the financing of publicly funded healthcare services.
She obtained her Magister degree at the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2018, and defended her doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in 2023.
