Hubert Woźniak

Hubert Woźniak is an advocate, a senior associate in the corporate department, and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice at the Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in 2017, and in 2014, he completed his bachelor’s degree in political science with distinction at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at Jagiellonian University. Since 2021, he has been an advocate at the Bar Association in Warsaw.

He specialises in handling commercial matters, including restructuring and insolvency proceedings, due diligence analyses, and merger and acquisition transactions. His experience includes conducting capital group restructurings, and representing public companies, investment funds, and state-owned companies. He has provided legal advisory services and negotiation and litigation representation to entities in, among others, the banking, finance, brokerage, aviation, FMCG and public sectors.

Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, Hubert gained experience in various reputable law firms, including a number that are recommended in international legal rankings, as well as at the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland.
